Practice Areas: 

Edith Thomas’ practice focuses on labor and employment litigation and the representation of plaintiffs in state and federal court, appellate courts, and federal and state agencies.  Edith has successfully represented individuals and institutions in complex litigation, including the representation of plaintiffs in FLSA actions.  Prior to returning home to Texas, Edith practiced in Washington D.C. for several years.
