Practice Areas: 

Cheryl Drazin’s practice focuses on labor and employment litigation and the representation of plaintiffs in state and federal court, appellate courts, and federal and state agencies.  Cheryl has successfully represented individuals and unions in cases involving employment discrimination, retaliation, violation of state and federal employment statutes, fraud, breach of contract and whistleblower actions, overtime and grievance proceedings. Cheryl also advises clients on covenants not to compete, employment agreements and severance packages.
