Jeanette Fedele’s practice focuses on employment litigation and the representation of plaintiffs in state and federal court, appellate courts, and federal and state agencies.  Jeanette has successfully represented individuals in cases involving wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, violation of state and federal employment statutes, and breach of contract.

Biography:

At SMU, Jeanette served on the International Law Review from 2001-2003, and as Associate Managing Editor from 2002-2003, with responsibility its two journals The International Lawyer and Law and Business Review of the Americas.  Following graduation from SMU Law, Jeanette served as Briefing Attorney to the Honorable Douglas S. Lang, Texas Fifth Court of Appeals, 2003-2004.
