Mr. Watsky has been a shareholder in the firm since 1994. Mr. Watsky represents individual clients, corporate executives, and unions in arbitration, mediation, civil trials, and appeals involving discharge, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, non-compete covenants, and other employment matters.  He has tried jury trials and settled cases involving virtually all aspects of employment law, including claims of age, race, national origin, sex, and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, overtime pay, and breach of employment contracts.  Recently appointed to the American Arbitration Association's roster of Neutral Arbitrators in Employment Disputes.
