Practice Areas:
Adam litigates and
resolves labor and employment matters on behalf of plaintiffs in state and
federal court, appellate courts, and federal and state agencies. Adam has
successfully represented individuals in their claims under state and federal
civil rights laws, from Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Texas
Commission on Human Rights Act, to the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 and
the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967. Prior to returning home to
Texas, Adam spent stints with the Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office and working
with complex financial arbitrations at FINRA - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Biography:
At
UM, Adam served on the International Law Moot Court Board from 2008-2010, honored
as a top litigator through UM’s Litigation Skills Program, and was a
contributing member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society (ESLS). During
his time with ESLS, Adam developed a love for labor negotiations and the idea
of being a champion of justice for the people.
