The Firm represents individual employees in all types of employment matters, including discrimination based on age, sex, race, national origin, religion, and disability, as well as retaliation claims based upon the assertion of protected discrimination complaints. We also represent individuals in claims involving breach of contract, whistleblowing, Sarbanes-Oxley, sexual harassment, covenants not to compete, defamation, slander, and the FMLA.
Labor Law
The Firm represents numerous labor unions whose members work in many different kinds of jobs. We handle cases under the National Labor Relations Act, Railway Labor Act, Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act, participate in labor-management negotiations, and litigate labor arbitration cases.
Wage and Hour Cases
The Firm handles class action and collective action claims for unpaid overtime and misclassification under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
